1. About this Cookie Notice
This Cookie Notice explains how Tiberius Capital Technologies Limited, trading as StandOn (“StandOn”, “we”, “us” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on GetStandOn.com.
It should be read alongside our Privacy Notice.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of information that websites and online services can store on or access from your device.
Websites may use cookies and similar technologies for different purposes, including providing website functionality, maintaining security, remembering choices, measuring use of a website or providing advertising.
StandOn currently limits its use of cookies and similar technologies to those required to operate, deliver and protect the website and its requested functionality.
3. Cookies used on GetStandOn.com
At the date of this Notice, GetStandOn.com does not intentionally use cookies for behavioural advertising, cross-site advertising or visitor profiling.
We also do not currently use website analytics services such as Google Analytics.
The website does use limited cookies and similar technologies required for hosting, security and the operation and protection of website forms.

Hosting and security
Our website infrastructure may use cookies such as:

Used by our hosting infrastructure as part of delivering and operating the website.
__cf_bm
Used by Cloudflare and/or services using Cloudflare infrastructure to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated or malicious traffic and help protect the website and related services.
These cookies are used for operational and security purposes rather than advertising.
HubSpot forms
The Contact and Sailing School / Partnership Interest pages use forms provided by HubSpot.
When a page containing a HubSpot form is loaded, your browser may communicate directly with HubSpot and service providers used by HubSpot in order to display, operate and protect the form.
The StandOn website does not currently install HubSpot's general visitor-tracking code.
At the date of this Notice, we do not intentionally use HubSpot visitor-tracking cookies such as hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc or __hssrc on GetStandOn.com.
Spam and bot protection
HubSpot may use Google reCAPTCHA or similar technology to protect website forms from spam, bots and abuse.
Where reCAPTCHA is used, Google may set or access a cookie such as:
_GRECAPTCHA
This is used in connection with reCAPTCHA's security and bot-detection functionality.
Your browser may therefore communicate with Google when you visit or interact with a page containing a protected HubSpot form.
4. Why we do not currently show a cookie-consent banner
At the date of this Notice, StandOn does not intentionally use non-essential analytics, advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies on GetStandOn.com.
The cookies and similar technologies currently used are limited to those we consider necessary for providing, securing and protecting the website and functionality requested by visitors.
For that reason, we do not currently ask visitors to accept or reject optional cookies.
If we introduce non-essential cookies or similar technologies in the future, we will review whether consent is required before they are used and introduce appropriate controls where necessary.
5. Third-party services
Some necessary website functionality is provided using third-party services.
These currently include:
HubSpot
We use HubSpot to provide and process the Contact and Sailing School / Partnership Interest forms.
When you use a HubSpot form, information necessary to display, secure and process that form may be handled by HubSpot and its service providers.
Google reCAPTCHA
HubSpot may use Google reCAPTCHA to protect forms from automated abuse and spam.
Where it is used, Google may process technical information necessary to assess whether activity appears to come from a legitimate visitor or an automated system.
Cloudflare and hosting infrastructure
Our website and services used by the website may use Cloudflare or similar infrastructure to deliver content and protect against malicious or automated traffic.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
You can use your browser settings to view, block or delete cookies.
Blocking cookies used for security, hosting or form functionality may prevent parts of GetStandOn.com from working correctly.
Because StandOn does not currently use optional advertising or behavioural-analytics cookies, there are no optional cookie categories to manage through a StandOn cookie-preference centre at this time.
7. Changes to this Cookie Notice
We may update this Cookie Notice if:
- the technologies used by GetStandOn.com change;
- we introduce or remove service providers;
- we introduce analytics or other optional technologies;
- legal or regulatory requirements change; or
- we need to provide clearer information about how the website operates.
The current version and last-updated date will appear at the top of this page.
If we introduce technology that requires consent, we will implement appropriate consent controls where required.
